19th Year at the Hub
Helen, Kerrie and Sharon enjoy sharing Tai Chi knowledge and are pleased that by volunteering their time the Hub receives the full income from their classes.

Tai Chi is also known as moving meditation and all moves are taught little by little so that participants can relax and enjoy the moves. There is always an instructor at the front of the class so participants can easily follow them.
​
Tai Chi has so many groups of movements that there is always something to learn no matter how many years of practice.
