Physie blends sport and dance, fostering coordination, balance, brain development, confidence, and strength while improving fitness and flexibility.
Classes begin with marching and progresses through choreographed routines taught from February to November. These routines feature movements from ballet, jazz, aerobics, pilates, yoga, and stretching, set to music.
We welcomed Carolyn Frame, along with our regular specialised movement classes, Tai Chi, Chair Yoga and Belly Dancing.
Carolyn has 55 years of teaching experience, women of all ages build their physie skills. As a seasoned teacher, judge, and member of the Exercise Physiologist Board, she is known for her keen eye for technique, and her commitment has contributed to numerous individual, team, and sectional champions.
